Sherry Spalding, 58, of Minnesota, was cited for driving under suspension.
Hayden Miller, 18, of Hillsboro, was cited with having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.
Trenten Campton, 19, of Hillsboro, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
ACCIDENT
At approximately 11:14 a.m. the police department responded to the 600 block of North West Street for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival in was determined that Tisha Anderson, 29, of Hillsboro, was backing from a driveway on the east side of the road. Cole Pharo, 20, of Hillsboro, was traveling northbound on North West Street Anderson backed her vehicle into the path of Pharo’s vehicle striking the rear passenger side of Pharo’s vehicle causing disabling damage to one of the vehicles. Anderson was cited for improper backing. No injuries were reported on scene.
