An Amber Alert has been issued by Ottawa Police for nine-month-old female Magnolia (Maggie) Knox.
She was allegedly taken by her 39-year-old mother Sherma Knox.
They were last seen at 12:08 in the area of Lebreton Street North and Booth Street in Ottawa.
Police say Sherma Knox was last seen wearing grey pants, a long black parka, black mesh shoes, a tuque and a beige backpack.

Ottawa police have ended a province-wide Amber Alert for a missing nine-month-old baby after safely locating the child late Friday afternoon.
The infant was believed to have been with her mother in Ottawa s Centretown neighbourhood. A suspect is in custody, police said in a tweet just before 5 p.m.

Police in Ottawa are searching for a nine-month-old girl who was last seen with her mother.
An Amber Alert was issued by police for Magnolia (Maggie) Knox on Friday, just after 3 p.m.
Police say the mother, Sherma Knox, and her child were last seen at 12:08 p.m. in the area of Lebreton Street North and Booth Street, just west of downtown Ottawa.
There are concerns about their safety.
Sherma (39) is described as black, standing 5’7”, weighing around 200 pounds.
She was last seen wearing grey pants, a long black parka, black mesh shoes, a tuque, and a beige backpack.
