EUGENE, Ore. – The Lane County government website is temporarily down due to problems being experienced by its vendor.
The website began malfunctioning on Thursday, and county officials believed it was caused by a high volume of traffic to the COVID-19 vaccination pre-registration page. The county has since confirmed that CivicLive, the county’s website vendor, is experiencing outages throughout its customer base.
Lane County has created a temporary page with customer service phone numbers and links to service-related applications that are still available. If you have tried to access the website recently, you may need to clear your browser cache and cookies first.
