The pair continued to argue before Dalziel “became aggressive” towards Miss McLister. She said: “The woman grabbed me by the arm and grabbed me by the wrists. “She had her teeth in my arm and I pulled back with her teeth still attached in me.” Prosecutor Heather Naismith asked “Did she bite you on the arm?” and Miss McLister replied: “Yes.” The pair were separated by security and Dalziel left the arena. Miss McLister was given first aid at the scene and treated herself at home with paper stitches. Miss Naismith asked: “Was the skin broken?” and Miss McLister replied “Yes, I still have a scar.”

Dapo Mebude allegedly drove at grossly excessive speeds for the road conditions on Glasgow’s M8 near Townhead on April 2 2020. The 19-year-old is also accused of attempting to perform an undertake manoevre when it was unsafe to do so.

It is further stated that Mebude failed to maintain proper control of his Mercedes Gla 200 sports car. The striker, on loan at Queen of the South, pleaded not guilty at a hearing in Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
