The fact that much of the equipment hasn’t been used over the past year is a reflection of Marin’s low crime rate and that those protocols are working.
The county board has approved its response to “Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied Marin District Attorney’s Office in Crisis," a report by the civil grand jury.
