An 11-year-old girl from Florida was arrested for allegedly prank texting 911 to report a false kidnapping because she thought it “would be funny," according to the Volusia Sheriff's Office.

According to Pickaway County Sheriff Matthew Hafey, Jimmy Risner, 81, of Chillicothe, was killed when his southbound 2011 Ford Edge went off the left side of State Route 138 in Pickaway County’s Deercreek Township this past Tuesday, May 9th.
