Srinagar: The Divisional Commissioner (Div Com) Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri today visited Imambara Zadibal, Imam Bara Hassanabad and Imambara Magam to take spot appraisal of the facilities made available by the respective administrations for hassle free observation of Muharram congregations and other events.
