arrested for making threats on the internet about attacking the washington, d.c. subway system. but the suspect in this case awad is not being charged with terrorism and that s important to point out, shep. shepard: this guy apparently realized the fbi was on to him. he did. the suspect was first flagged to the fbi in new orleans in november after his messages were sent via facebook. he eventually became suspicious and told individual who flagged him to the feds really explicative i know what you are up to. you better stop if you know what s it is good for you. you are sticking your nose into where it doesn t belong something iger than you and i. what s that suspect s status right now. right now he is being held pending a mental evaluation and his next court appearance in a virginia federal court december 21st. but, just to be clear, he was arrested december 6th. we are only learning about it
