Its walk-in humidor cigars were a major feature of the restaurant before the New York smoking ban was home to the good smokes of Yul Brynner, Jack Lemmon and John F. Kennedy (when he was a senator) as well as Henry Ford II and the Duke of Windsor, among many others.
