Shelby Carey and Amanda Hagar have received promotions from Hathaway Group in Little Rock.
Carey has been promoted to director of property management, and Hagar has been promoted to assistant property manager. Carey manages a portfolio of commercial, retail and medical arts space and manages capital and tenant improvement projects.
Hagar has been with the firm since 2019, and she is now responsible for overseeing property maintenance and repairs, obtaining bids from vendors, evaluating vendor work, managing budgets and scheduling.
