Over the years, Nigerians have prayed and hoped for the roads to be free from kidnappers, end to insurgency, banditry and all forms of terrorism. To achieve all these, the citizens expect the new service chiefs to bring new ideas and approach to tackle these challenges.

THE Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has confirmed that one of its aircraft, a Beechcraft KingAir B350i (NAF 201), crashed while returning to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, after reporting engine failure en route Minna, Niger State, where it was scheduled to conduct surveillance missions in connection with the concerted efforts to secure the release of students/ staff abducted from the Government Science College, Kagara, Niger State.
