If you write a book about the collectivity of achievements i would give you a choice. I could do a short synopsis of my book or i can tell you a story. So a lot of the book is about culture and how that matters and by that i mean where we are from and ancestors make a difference of how we do our job and how good we are what we choose to do for a living as a whole second half of the book and sometimes a difficult thing to wrestle with.
