In conversation with Brut India, actress Dia Mirza revealed her thoughts on sexism in Bollywood. She had made her acting debut with 2001 film Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein which also starred actor R. Madhavan. Dia mentioned about how sexist stories have been prevailing in our industry and she has been part of those. She noticed how the crew mostly consisted of men and a handful of women. She also believes that a large part of this sexism is not even conscious as most male writers, directors and actors are unaware of their sexist thinking.
