Women s Weekend Watch: NCAA First & Second Round Preview, Part I

Thursday May 13th, 2021 10:00am (Photo Courtesy: Dave Anderson)  We made it! After months of wondering whether the 2021 season would even happen, the powers that be figured it out. On Saturday, April 3, she reminded everyone of that with seven goals tying her career high in the No. 6-ranked Stony Brook women’s lacrosse team’s 19-8 destruction of the Vermont Catamounts in Burlington. The victory was the Seawolves’ seventh straight, improving their record to 9-2 overall and 5-0 in conference play. Stony Brook’s two losses remain against the top two ranked teams in the country.
