The Andover Select Board has voted to hold a Special Town Meeting in December in order to address a budget deficit for the West Elementary and Shawsheen Preschool building project.
The West Elementary and Shawsheen Preschool Building Committee got it’s first look at the new school via a virtual walkthrough with the architecture firm, Cambridge-based SMMA.
