CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson women’s basketball program and head coach Shawn Poppie announced the signing of sophomore transfer student Hannah Kohn on Tuesday afternoon. Kohn, a transfer from Chattanooga who was selected as a 2024 Southern Conference All-Freshman Team honoree, transfers to Clemson as one of the best shooters in the nation. By percentage, Kohn is the best sharpshooter in the transfer portal. Kohn is one of three players in the nation to shoot over 46% from outside last season as she went on to set a school record for best single-season three-point percentage (.463) and set a program record for most three pointers made by a freshman (68). In the 2024 SoCon tournament, Kohn, who was selected to the All-Tournament Second Team, averaged 11 points per game, shot 61% from three-point land on 18 attempts, and averaged over three rebounds per contest.
