Belgiums capital city is now all but locked down after massive security after the government warned the terrorists were poised to strike just as they did last week in paris. And the man suspected in the attacks in paris is believed to be on belgian soil. Reporter on the streets of Brussels Police and soldiers outnumbered the civilians, as the government raised their terror level high. It is a serious and imminent threat.
