It s been three years, but Immon Ibrahim is hopeful June 1 will be the day Celo s Shawarma Factory in Suntree finally opens.
The furniture s in place. The kitchen is up and running. Final bits of artwork are going on the walls. The website is ready, with a Celo s Squad rewards program.
Ibrahim just needs final permits and a few more staff members to start serving gyros, falafel, shawarma and kabobs at the fast-casual restaurant off Wickham Road.
