Armed police seized 100 weapons from one house after they were called to a large scale street battle between rival gangs.
Officers were called to the residential street in Jarrow, South Tyneside, after groups of men clashed with baseball bats, knives and an imitation firearm while frightened members of the public called 999.
No one was injured in the disturbance, which unfolded in June last year, but CCTV footage showed the men carrying a range of weapons as they fought on the street.
