Friends of slain farmer Shaun Brett Krull welcomed the life imprisonment handed to two men who were arrested for killing and robbing the East London farmer in 2019, though they say this “will not bring him back”.
One of three men accused of killing East London farmer Shaun Brett Krull on his farm pleaded for a lenient sentence after entering a plea agreement with the state in the East London High Court on Wednesday. Judge Makhosi Gwala accepted the plea and found Xhanti Ndingane, 38, guilty of murder, robbery with aggravating circumstances, unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful possession of ammunition.
