The following motorists have recently been convicted in our courts of committing such offences: Stephanie Cope, 44, of Hoargate Lane, Hollington, Ashbourne, was fined £120 and was ordered to pay £85 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for 21 months for drink-driving in Carnation Way, Ashbourne, on July 27. A test saw her blow a reading of 87 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35.
