We saw almost a tenth of an inch of rain earlier this morning around santa rosa. Right now some returns up toward cloverdale. You may notice the cloud cover. In san jose its 57 degrees. Temperatures have been flat all around the bay, meaning just within a few degrees of each other. Its a warmer start with the cloud cover. We still have moisture in the atmosphere and a front is on the way. It will sweep through the area later on tonight. This is some of the moisture throughout the morning hours. Oakland not necessarily waiting and relying on police. Reporter yeah, because the Police Department is stretched so thin. A little bit over 600 Police Officers watching over the entire city of oakland, and so dozens of neighborhoods are pulling together to hire Security Guards to watch over their neighborhood. But i believe this is the first such kind of shooting in recent years, a Security Guard shooting a suspected burglar. As you say, the neighbors think its money well spent. Da, thank you. Well, Police Responding to this home in richmond yesterday after someone reported a break in found a 74yearold man dead inside. Now officers believe that man had already died of Natural Causes when the burglar kicked in the door and ransacked his home. Police still looking for that burglar. A Health Warning tonight.
