Scenes has raised about $50,000 in Seed round. Gaurav Munjal, co-founder and CEO is an investor in Scenes. Besides Munjal, Scenes counts Kunal Shah, Blume Ventures (also and investor in Unacademy), Better Capital, Tanmay Bhat and Flipkart s Kalyan Krishnamurthy as its backers.
According to Graphy, the acquisition will allow it to enhance its offerings as well as expand its reach in the creator ecosystem. At present, the platform, which was launched by Unacademy in 2020, claims to have helped over 1,00,000 educators and creators launch their online courses.
