Whitmer Governor Whitmer Makes Appointments to CMU Board of Trustees and EMU Board of Regents FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE     LANSING, Mich.  Today, Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced the following appointments the Central Michigan University Board of Trustees and Eastern Michigan University Board of Regents.       Regine Beauboeuf, of Bloomfield Hills, is the senior vice president and director of engineering operations for HNTB Corporation. She previously worked as the vice president and area manager for Parsons and as a supervising engineer with the Michigan Department of Transportation. Ms. Beauboeuf is the president of the Michigan Chapter of the Conference of Minority in Transportation Officials (COMTO), and a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies Institute of Business National Management Committee and National Transportation Committee.
