It’s been a gray, difficult year for Sharon VanBebber of Murrayville, but a visiting cardinal provided a bright spot.
Amid the stress of the COVID-19 pandemic, VanBebber’s husband, Robert, underwent open-heart surgery.
Then the polar vortex hit, and it wasn’t kind, claiming the lives of two baby calves on the VanBebbers’ farm.
