The Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce estimates that Muzika!, organized by Columbia-based Varna International, will bring 200 musicians to Georgetown, Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island.
The new month-long festival, MUZIKA, hopes to become an annual celebration, allowing locals and visitors to experience classical music and operas without having to go places like New York City and Europe.
