Remember safety is a priority: Read and follow your organization’s pandemic guidelines. Continue to wear a mask, social distance, and sanitize frequently, especially on shared equipment. Budget is key as many companies may have taken a financial hit due to the pandemic. Watch company spending. Now is not the time to ask for a raise.

Any holiday with family can lead to some awkward or tense moments, but it can all be avoided if we just mind our manners!
To help us keep Mother’s Day on track, we talked with culture and etiquette expert Sharon Schweitzer.
She says first and foremost, remember to keep the focus on mom and honor her.
“This is the ultimate occasion to celebrate all of the women who have nurtured and guided you throughout the years, including mentors, stepmoms, teachers, sisters or aunts,” Sharon said. “This is an excellent time to “pay it forward” by surprising them with a thoughtful gesture or sweet treat.”
If parents have learned anything in the past year, it’s that teaching children is way harder than we thought and man, do our kids’ teachers deserve recognition this Teacher’s Appreciation Week. Yes, it s Inauguration Day and on this Wednesday, we are swearing in a new President of the United States. The 46th U.S. President to be exact.
I realize it s been crazy up to this point with President Trump claiming the election was stolen. This week Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said it was clear, the claims by President Trump that the election was fraudulently ripped off by Democrats are not true. In fact, McConnell also stated on Tuesday that the President incited the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.
To make matters even more polarizing, Vice President Pence confirmed the election as fair and has chosen to attend President-elect Joe Biden s inauguration, and not President Trump s unorthodox send-off rally on Wednesday morning.
