Kenneth moton is live at the south Philadelphia Restaurant where the suspect worked. Milton garcia was hired at a restaurant on broad and katherine street. He worked at other businesses in the city. He ran into a quite a bit of people daily. His alleged crime and illegal status in the country has people asking questions. What is your reaction . I am scared.
