The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children has distributed a new facial rendering of the "Swimsuit Boy," the last unidentified victim of "Candy Man" killer Dean Corll.
The victim is thought to have been between 15 and 18-years-old when he was raped, murdered and dumped in a mass grave with 15 others at Corll s rented boat shed in South-West Houston.
