The Vancouver Canucks' inspired start to the 2023-24 NHL season has led to hopes that the team can live up to the expectations of its long-suffering supporters.
An 18-year-old male, Julian Moya Cardenas of Langley, has been identified as the victim in a Dec. 7 afternoon shooting in Langley, RCMP said Moya Cardenas was known to police, who suspect that the shooting was targeted.
