Sharika CC sails into quarterfinals in KPL Sharika CC sails into quarterfinals in KPL Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Feb 27: Sharika Cricket Club (Sharika CC) defeated Shuhul CC by 64 runs and entered into the quarterfinals round of the ongoing Vetern KPL Tournament, being played at KC Sports Ground, here today. Batting first, Sharika CC posed a big total of 165 runs on the board in stipulated 20 overs. Sunil Jalla played a good knock of 58 runs off 40 balls, while Vivek Suri contributed 48 runs off 34 balls. For Shuhul CC, Chandji took two wickets while Sandeep, Sanjay & Ashok took one wicket a piece. In reply, the opponent team bundled out at 17.5 overs by making 101 runs and lost the match by 64 runs. Sunil scored 32 runs, whereas Bihari Lal made 16 and Ashok Bhat contributed 15 runs.
