Man found high on K2 amid crying children and unconscious wife
Johnathan Pace, 36, of 684 Second Ave., tested positive for allegedly having K2 in his system when police responded to a call from his nine-year-old daughter Dec. 12, police said.
According to an affidavit filed by city officer Andrew Stevens, police found Pace conscious alongside his unconscious but breathing wife. Police said Pace had slow and thick speech, that he could not keep his balance and that his pupils were large. Pace was found to have possessed a bag of suspected K2 and rolling papers, and although Pace denied having smoked K2, a urine test given by probation tested positive for K2, according to police.
