Ten days after a woman was found dead in Falmouth Harbor, the incident remains under investigation by Falmouth and state police detectives assigned to the Cape & Islands District Attorneyâs office.
However, there is nothing at this time to suggest foul play, said Tara Miltimore, spokeswoman for the DAâs office.
âWe will await the results of an autopsy performed by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner,â she said.
The woman, 34-year old Sharee W. Daluze of Harwich, was found in Falmouth Harbor late Tuesday morning, May 18. A fisherman reported finding a body near the intersection of Deacons and Vernon avenues in Falmouth Heights, Falmouth Police Chief Edward A. Dunne said.

A missing woman was found dead off the coast of Cape Cod on Tuesday, authorities said.
A person discovered the woman’s body in Falmouth Harbor shortly after 10:15 a.m. She was later identified as 34-year-old Sharee W. Daluze, according to a statement from the Falmouth Police Department.

A body pulled from Falmouth Harbor Tuesday morning was identified as a 34-year-old missing Yarmouth woman who was last seen near the water the night before, authorities said.
Falmouth police received a report around 10:18 a.m. Tuesday that a body was found in the harbor near the intersection of Deacons and Vernon avenues, according to a statement posted on Facebook.
Police said the body ultimately was identified as Sharee W. Daluze, who authorities had informed the public was missing earlier in the morning.
FALMOUTH Sharee W. Daluze was remembered by friends Tuesday as a strong, giving person who didn t seek sympathy when life wasn t going well.
The body of the 34-year-old Yarmouth woman was found Tuesday morning after she was last seen Monday. The death remains under investigation, but authorities say they do not suspect foul play at this time.
Someone reported seeing a body at about 10:18 a.m. Tuesday in Falmouth Harbor near the intersection of Deacons and Vernon avenues, Lt. Douglas DeCosta said in an email.
The Falmouth Police Department issued a missing persons alert on its social media Tuesday morning for Daluze, who was staying at a sober home on Locust Street in Falmouth, DeCosta said.
