KANPUR: A day after quitting their posts citing harassment at the hands of administrative officials, 16 government doctors, posted as in-charges in rural hospitals of Unnao district, relented on Thursday after the intervention of the district administration and took back their resignations.
The doctors, who are in charge of CHCs & PHCs , had submitted their resignation to the chief medical officer of the district on Wednesday.
In the resignation letter, the doctors stated that despite working hard in the field to prevent the spread of the pandemic, they are facing action and ill behaviour without any cause.
