经过50多个小时的连续奋战，截至7月25日下午，山西消防救援队在河南洛阳偃师，利用“龙吸水”大功率排水车累计排水2.6万吨，清理淤泥垃圾20立方米，为断水断电3天3夜的福瑞城小区成功排涝。
受暴雨影响，河南洛阳市偃师区福瑞城小区3万多平方米的车库被淹近2米深，约20辆汽车和100多辆电动车被淹。最让居民头疼的是，因为车库被淹，小区电力系统瘫痪，600多住户已停水停电3天3夜，给生活带来诸多不便。7月23日19时，山西消防救援队接到命令后，立即派遣救援力量赶赴福瑞城小区。在察看了地下车库的受灾情况后，他们与当地市政、街道等有关部门协商，共同制定排涝方案，同时派遣包括大功率城市排水车在内的3车14人，对该小区地下车库连夜进行排涝作业。
