Sherpa TechInvest acquires stake in incoming agency Shanti Travel By TBM Staff | Mumbai Investment fund Sherpa TechInvest has acquired a stake in Asia-based incoming agency Shanti Travel to secure the company s business and ensure its development for the coming years, impending the recovery of the travel in Asia and the development of its France vertical. Shanti Travel was founded in 2005 by Alexandre Le Beuan, and later joined by Jérémy Grasset.  While the agency is supported by French government schemes, visibility remains very uncertain as to the resumption of activity abroad remains without an end date. Not all local incoming agencies benefit from the same support, many have been furlough and turned to domestic markets, notably in India.
