Eight finalists will compete for the Miss Universe Jamaica Central crown come April 30.
The contestants made their first public appearance last Thursday when they were sashed by their respective spons.
TWENTY finalists will compete for the Miss Universe Jamaica 2022 title at the AC Hotel by Marriott Kingston in St Andrew on Sunday, August 20.
The finalists were selected at the New Kingston-base.
