A proposed subdivision on Pigeon Gap Road in Cambridge Township was one of two topics on the agenda for the Guernsey County Planning Commission when it met Friday at the county administration building.
The commission was asked to conduct a preliminary plan review for Pleasant Valley Subdivision by Penrock LLC, which recently acquired the property.
According to documents provided by the Guernsey County Map Department, 13 homes are planned for the 24-acre subdivision northwest of the city. The proposal (for Pleasant Valley Subdivision) was submitted a few years ago and the new owners have requested to continue the process, said Shannon Leek of the map department.
