As a reminder, the project for this building has been pending since 2013 and with this commissions input, landmarking was allowed late last year. Allowing us to work. Were happy to report that ceqa should be done later this week, allowing us to move into the entitlement hearings. It is also adding a new outdoor plaza and it will involve comprehensive, interior and exterior improvements that will benefit all tenants of the building and also insure its long term preservation future. Im here because we have a concern we wont be able to make a hearing here until december, particularly if this Commission Moves to one hearing a month schedule. Our next step in the entitlement process is
Even exist. So all of the stuff theyre doing will be for naught. We as the city, including s. F. P. U. C. , but external of silos, like clean power s. F. , we need to be looking at what we want to get to. [buzzer] and how all of the cylinders of the city can work to get there. That will be the same whether it is clean power s. F. , whether it is public power. I think it is time to break out from letting one part of the City Government to sit on this issue, which has been happening for six, seven, eight years.
