It s another disturbing report of violence in the City of Rochester. “First of all, it s just absolutely unacceptable,” RCSD Chief of Operations Mike Schmidt said.  The scene outside of Rochester Early Childhood Education Center on North Clinton Avenue and Pleasant Street where a man was shot just feet from the school on April 19, 2021.
