，“十四五”规划纲要中将氢能及储能作为未来产业进行前瞻规划，随着 “碳中和”、“碳达峰”任务的推进，氢能这一绿色能源受到国家的重视和大力推动。　　氢燃料电池是氢能的一项重要应用场景，根据中国汽车工程学会牵头组织编制的《节能与新能源汽车技术路线图2.0》，氢燃料电池行业将发展氢燃料电池商用车作为突破口，重点在氢丰富的地区推广中大型客车、物流车，争取在2030到2035年实现氢能及燃料电池汽车的大规模的应用，燃料电池汽车保有量达到100万辆左右，预计氢气需求量200-400万吨/年。　　根据中国氢能联盟的预计，到2030年，中国氢气需求量将达到3500万吨，在终端能源体系中占比5%。到2050年氢能将在中国终端能源体系中占比至少达到10%，氢气需求量接近6000万吨，可减排约7亿吨二氧化碳，产业链年产值约12万亿元。
