Chico homeowners call on council to house the homeless
Some homeowners in Chico are saying encampments are popping up right next to their property lines, and they looking for the council to step in.

CHICO, Calif. - The homeless in Chico are being kicked out of city parks and homeowners are being impacted across the city.
Several homeowners say the homeless have tents set up right behind their properties.
Now they re looking towards the city council to find solutions, and find them fast.
Police and Public Works continue to move encampments and those in them out of city parks, but neighbors are saying they just moved around the corner on Humboldt Ave., and it hasn t stopped.
