La Mesa man accused of threatening to shoot neighbor s children Bethany Freudenthal, Las Cruces Sun-News © Doña Ana County Detention Center Shane Watkins LAS CRUCES - A La Mesa, New Mexico man accused of threatening to shoot his neighbor s children is behind bars at Doña Ana County jail while awaiting an appearance in court next week. Shane Watkins, 34, of the 300 block of St. Valentine Street, is charged with aggravated assault after allegedly pointing a 12-gauge shotgun at his neighbors on Jan. 28. It s the fifth time Watkins has threatened someone in the past year, according to court records. Doña Ana County deputies confiscated Watkins shotgun after responding to the incident and are keeping it in the evidence vault at the sheriff s office.

This comes after it sold a second property in Sydney  Woolworths, owner of Australian clothing chain David Jones, has sold its flagship Elizabeth Street store in Sydney for a maximum of A$510m (R5.6bn) and will remain a tenant in the building for at least 20 years.
