Nationwide, flights are being canceled and delayed during the busiest season of the year, but the Billings-Logan International Airport has been faring better than most during the hectic travel time.
“Hopefully things will be getting back to normal. With the weather clearing up in other locations, people can continue on to their destinations," said Shane Ketterling, Billings Logan International Airport Assistant Director of Aviation and Transit on Monday.
Patience is the keyword this holiday season as airlines across the nation work to hire more pilots and TSA agents. Assistant Director of Aviation and Transit Shane Ketterling said the shortage was triggered by the pandemic.
