Digital financial services leader PayMaya is offering another fintech-first in the Philippines with the launch of the PayMaya Mall, the latest feature in the PayMaya app that offers a one-stop-shop experience with the biggest and most trusted merchant partners.
Through PayMaya Mall, mobile shoppers can check out and buy from over 100 merchants accepting PayMaya as a payment method – all within the PayMaya app, an experience that is akin to browsing shops and merchant stalls in physical malls.
Among the biggest brands in the food, retail, pharmacy, grocery, and fashion industries that are already present in the PayMaya Mall are Jollibee, McDonald’s, Goldilocks, Rustans, Park Outlet, Mercury Drug, Rose Pharmacy, Landers, All Home, and Boozy. More brands are coming soon as PayMaya taps into its network of over 116,000 merchant touchpoints.

Global social enterprise Plastic Bank® has tapped digital financial services leader PayMaya to build more sustainable communities in the Philippines with cashless technology.
Through Plastic Bank’s recycling ecosystem program, residents of partner communities can exchange plastic waste for rewards that they will receive through their PayMaya accounts. They can then use the incentives they receive in their PayMaya wallet for everyday transactions such as sending money, buying prepaid reloadable cards, paying bills, scanning to pay purchases via QR, and online purchases, among others.
The cashless project will initially be implemented at select Plastic Bank partner communities including Payatas in Quezon City, Barangay 105 in Manila, and Barangay San Felipe and Barangay Cararayan in Naga City.
