Salavantis, 38, recently resigned as district attorney to run for Luzerne County judge â a move she insists wasnât required, but she made to focus on the judicial campaign.
Salavantis is seeking one of two Luzerne County judicial seats open in this yearâs election. She will appear on both the Democrat and Republican ballot in Mayâs primary election.
Having been elected three times in a countywide vote, Salavantis is touting herself as a person the people of Luzerne County know and can trust.
