Sault High School BPA students to compete at state-level

MARIE Almost 40 Business Professionals of America students at the Sault Area Career Center Chapter put their skills to the test at a recent competition at the Regional Leadership Conference. Business Professionals of America is a youth organization which provides leadership and business opportunities for high school students to prepare them as they make decisions on their future careers. The skills that students learn through participating in a variety of business experiences that will help prepare them for a career in the workforce. They competed in many different events, ranging from accounting to graphic design to public speaking. Events are individual or teams with the participants learning many skills from each. Students who placed high enough are eligible to attend the Business Professionals of America State Leadership Conference taking place virtually in March. The Sault Area Career Center chapter had 39 members this year. Compet
