36-year-old Kimberly Wellman-Rich and her husband were the hosts of the male foreign exchange student.
In addition to the allegations of sex, Boudreaux says investigators alleged that the woman and her husband were supplying this exchange student with marijuana and alcohol.
An investigation began on January 26 after an anonymous complaint was received by the Department of Children and Family Services.
Boudreaux says investigators say that witnesses told them that Kimberly s husband, Jeffery Rich, had first-hand knowledge of the sexual relationship his wife was having a sexual relationship with the juvenile male.
Kimberly Wellman-Rich was arrested on the following charges:
