The Kabini forest in the state of Karnataka has provided some incredible photos of wild animals in the last 12 months. The ones that went crazy viral on social media showed a black panther.
The photographer who took the incredible shots is Shaaz Jung. He shared the pictures on his Instagram page, following which they spread like wildfire on social media. Netizens were absolutely gobsmacked by the splendour of the big cat. Many of them were reminded of The Jungle Book character ‘Bagheera’.

A close encounter between a black panther and a leopard was recorded on camera at the Kabini wildlife sanctuary in Karnataka on Saturday. Nandan Nilekani, co-founder of Infosys, shared the video on Twitter two days ago, where it has since gone viral. The video shows the leopard and the black panther sitting on the higher branches of a tree.
