When i was about 40 i was offered a job as a summer Camp Counselor at the park, and it was the great thrill of my life. It made me realize my calls is to work where kids, particularly 7yearolds, because i sort of act like a 7yearold. I still believe in santa. Anyway that was the beginning of my career in tennis. Courts in places where there were at least four or three courts. With four courts we put two in the reservation system. If there were three, there were still two walk up courting. We received feedback from the community. We held a subsequent Community Meeting in september. In october we added 12 more tennis complexes and additional courts. Since seven months ago we are over 10,000 now reservations through the free system which allies the anxiety of people about the closure, reduction in number of courts and the comments are i have never been to that park and that city. That is wonderful. There are so many places we can play. The map shows you the green for the original courts we had. It was pretty empty in the eases part of the city. It is where we had three and four courts. We spread it out. Now we have three online reservations throughout the city. We may expand more. People are excreted about this.
